Earnings Disclaimer

For your protection, the United States Federal Trade Commission (FTC) offers the below advice to consumers to help them assess Work-at-Home offers.
I take the opportunity in this Earnings Disclaimer to respond to each point in turn, to help you to assess my offer described on the Work From Home Freedom page.

If you’re thinking about following up on a work-at-home offer, do your homework. Here are some questions to ask:

The answers to these questions may help you determine whether a work-at-home program is legitimate, and if so, whether it’s a good fit for you.

What tasks will I have to perform?

The detailed steps are laid out in the Dashboard and in the eBook, EBook Self-Publishing Secrets.

Will I be paid a salary or will I be paid on commission?

You will be paid by ClickBank for all monies that you earn through the sale of your eBook/s, less any affiliate commission on sales your affiliates make for you, and less ClickBank’s fees. For example, if you make a direct sale of your eBook for $27 then you will be paid approximately $24 after ClickBank’s fees.

What is the basis for your claims about my likely earnings?

$5,000 per month earnings is calculated as my monthly earnings from two eBooks I sold during a recent several year period. My total eBook earnings of $268,093 (Australian dollars, which are roughly equivalent to U.S. dollars) is the sum of my eBook earnings in my own name and in my company’s name in my taxation statements to the Australian Taxation Office.

I cannot make any claim or guarantee that you will be as successful as I was. This is subject to many factors including:
  • I do not know your educational or training background, your skills, your previous experience, your ability or inclination to follow a step-by-step program, the tools at your disposal, or the time and effort that you will devote to this endeavour
  • There are risks attached to every endeavour that you cannot foresee and for which I cannot be accountable, including illness, economic downturn, loss of all the information on your computer (you should always maintain an offsite backup), and personal crises
  • I warrant that past performance cannot be an indication of possible future results.

Any and all forward looking statements in my materials are intended to express my opinion of earnings potential. They are my opinions only and should not be relied upon as fact.

Please do not construe any statements or information on my website as claims or representations of average or typical earnings. There are no average earnings. Testimonials and statements of individuals on the website are not to be construed as claims or representations of average earnings. I cannot, and do not make, any claims as to projected, expected or estimated earnings, average or otherwise.

In short, there is no guarantee that you will earn any money by following the steps outlined in my program. You must regard the monies you pay for my program as ‘risk’ money.

Please perform your own due diligence before embarking on my program including, if necessary, seeking advice from suitably qualified, professional advisors.

You agree that I will not share in your success, nor will I be responsible for your failure or for your actions in any endeavour that you may or may not undertake after purchasing this program.

Do you survey everyone who purchased the program?

No, I do not follow up and report on the results people are achieving from my program unless these customers voluntarily contact me for queries, advice or to provide a testimonial.

What documents can you show me to prove your claims are true before I give you any money?

I can provide a statement of my earnings on letterhead from my accountant during the period in which I sold my eBooks.

Who will pay me?

ClickBank will pay you. ClickBank’s payment procedures are described in the ClickBank Accounting Policy.

When will I get my first paycheck?

You will be paid at weekly or fortnightly specified intervals once you’ve accumulated a payment threshold amount of $100 in your account. Further information is contained in the ClickBank Accounting Policy.

What is the total cost of this work-at-home program, including supplies, equipment and membership fees?

My opinion of the minimum, initial outlay cost to create your eBook business is set out in the costs table on the Work From Home Freedom page. Excluded from this cost are ongoing costs, and costs assumed that customers are already incurring for owning a computer, their internet access, and the cost of their acquiring basic computer and internet skills.

A purchaser may choose to spend additional money on outsourcing, tools, and training to shorten the time and/ or effort to get their eBook to market, as well as additional money on marketing and advertising.

There are no membership fees, or hidden costs.

What will I get for my money?

On purchasing my program, a customer is able to immediately access a set of downloadable files in PDF format, comprising EBook Self-Publishing Secrets, the bonus Dashboard and additional bonus eBooks.
